Adjustable Flow for Different At-Home Routines

Adjustable oxygen output makes it easier to follow veterinarian-recommended settings across different home sessions. Always use the flow rate and session length advised for your pet’s individual needs.

A More Comfortable Home Routine

When appropriate, the included humidifier bottle adds moisture to the oxygen flow and may help make repeated sessions feel more comfortable. Follow the user manual and your veterinarian’s guidance when using humidification.

Questions Before You Choose Serene 3?

How do I know which flow rate and session length to use?

Your veterinarian should determine both based on your pet’s individual needs. Serene 3 adjusts from 1–10 L/min, and oxygen concentration varies by flow setting, so avoid choosing a setting based only on the machine’s maximum output.

Should I use an oxygen chamber or a pet mask?

A chamber offers an enclosed, hands-free setup for pets that do not comfortably tolerate a mask and can rest calmly inside. A mask is more space-saving for pets that accept a properly fitted mask. Both options are sold separately.

Which oxygen chamber size should I choose?

Choose from 56L, 80L or 100L based on your pet’s resting position and the available space inside the chamber—not weight alone. Your pet should be able to lie down comfortably without feeling crowded.

Can Serene 3 be used continuously or overnight?

Serene 3 provides continuous-flow oxygen, but this does not mean every pet should use it continuously or without supervision. Follow the session length recommended by your veterinarian and the instructions in the user manual.

Is Serene 3 a replacement for emergency veterinary care?

No. Serene 3 is designed for veterinarian-guided oxygen support at home. If your pet is struggling to breathe or cannot breathe comfortably, seek emergency veterinary care immediately.
