Thank you for purchasing an oxygen concentrator from Pawliecare. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and procedures applicable to eligible oxygen concentrators purchased directly from pawliecare.com.
Warranty Coverage
Eligible oxygen concentrators are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered.
During this period, Pawliecare will provide repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product for defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions.
Accessories and consumable items, including tubes, filters, masks, connectors, and other replaceable parts, are not covered under this one-year warranty unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.
Accessories that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for assistance under our Return and Refund Policy.
Product Inspection Requirement
To maintain warranty eligibility, the original purchaser must inspect the product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and before putting the product into use.
Failure to complete this inspection within forty-eight (48) hours may invalidate warranty coverage, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@pawliecare.com as soon as possible.
This inspection requirement applies to warranty eligibility and does not change the 30-day period for submitting a return request under our Return and Refund Policy.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, or improper storage.

Physical damage, including damage caused by dropping or impact.

Exposure to smoke, liquids, sand, dirt, food, insects, or animals.

Exposure to extreme heat, excessive humidity, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

Use of an incompatible power supply, accessories, or components.

Commercial use or use under abnormal operating conditions.

Failure to perform preventive maintenance required by the product instructions.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, installation, modifications, or third-party service.

Other damage or defects not caused by a manufacturing or workmanship issue.
Third-party repair or replacement parts do not automatically invalidate the entire warranty. However, damage resulting from such repairs, modifications, or parts is not covered.

Pawliecare will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or replacement of the product.
Products must not be returned without prior authorization and return instructions from Pawliecare.
Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within the applicable 30-day return period, authorized return shipping will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
For approved warranty claims submitted after the first 30 days but within the one-year warranty period:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs required to return the product to the designated service location.

Pawliecare will cover standard shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Unauthorized return shipments, expedited shipping requests, and additional charges not approved by Pawliecare are not covered.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of an eligible product purchased directly from pawliecare.com and cannot be transferred to another person.
A valid purchase receipt or other proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pawliecare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
